Directions

Interceptor flavored tablets are administered once a month all the year round or at least one month during and after the mosquito season. These tablets should be broken to up so as to prevent the swallowing of it as a whole. Usually it is mixed with the dog’s food and its dosage depends on the weight of the dog

In dogs, the usual dose is:

For dogs weighting 2 – 10 pounds dosage is 2.3mg
For dogs weighting 11- 25 pounds dosage is 5.75mg
For dogs weighting 26 – 50 pounds dosage is 11.5mg
For dogs weighting 51 – 100 pounds dosage is 23mg

This medicine is also very effective for cats. The usual dosage is:

For cats weighting 1.5 – 6 pounds dosage is 5.75mg
For cats weighting 6.1 – 12 pounds dosage is 11.5mg
For cats weighting 12.1 – 25 pounds dosage is 23mg
